Why is my
screensaver so slow?
You probably just need to update your graphics
driver as described in the previous answer. If that
doesn't work, it probably means that your computer
is an antique and should be replaced by a modern
one. Any current computer should run these savers at
a tolerable frame rate if not better. Some of these
screensavers are very demanding of your CPU and
graphics card, and they will perform best on a good
gaming computer. Laptops--especially netbooks--are
often too underpowered to run these savers smoothly.

How to
manually start a screensaver?
Windows XP
1.Start CONTROL PANEL (generally found under
SETTINGS on START menu).
2. Select DISPLAY.
3. Select SCREEN SAVER tab.
4. Select the PREVIEW button (or change the WAIT
time to 1 minute and wait). If you use mouse, be
careful not to move mouse afterward or screensaver
will stop right away. (Besides using the mouse, you
can use the TAB key to move the highlighted/box area
to the PREVIEW button and then press the ENTER key.)
When done viewing screensaver, just move your mouse.
It is very important to exit this window when you
are finished.

How can I capture the images that the screen savers
generate?
You can just press the "Print Screen" key and this
will copy the image to the clipboard. From here, you
can paste the image into your favorite image
processing application and save/edit it.

What
is your official upgrade policy?
You will get latest versions and bug fixes for free
forever!

Why does
my screensaver not work?
There are things you can try. Normally an Anti-virus
or firewall wouldn't prevent a screensaver from
starting. If it did, then it would also wake up the
computer from the screen saver at some point. So I
don't see Nortons Av or Windows Firewall doing this.
But you could disable each one at a time, and try
them. But make sure if you are disabling the
firewall that you are not connected to the internet.
Also, boot up your computer into Safe Mode and try
your screen saver there. The Norton's and Firewall
are not disabled by starting in Safe Mode, but other
background processes are, and you may be able to pin
this down to a background process.
If so, (ie if the screen saver works after 10
minutes in Safe Mode), then it could be a laborious
process of disabling running processes one at a time
and seeing which one is stopping the screen saver.
Why does my screensaver not work on windows 7 64
bit?
Some mouses and keyboard have a thing called HID and
it stops auto screensaver. Please uninstall the
HID-compliant device in Device Manager. To get the
screen saver and power options to work while a
wireless mouse or keyboard is plugged in, do the
following:
Go to All Programs , then to Windows Update . Then
download updates if needed. Then click on the link
"Review optional updates ". Then from these optional
updates, probably around 48, select "Microsoft HID
non-user input data filter ". Install this update.
Once done, the screen saver and power options will
function normally even while a wireless mouse is
connected to the laptop.
My registration code doesn't seem to work, what
should I do?
First: Please uninstall the demo version before
installing the unlimited version.
Second: If you copy and paste the registration code
from your Purchase Order confirmation email into the
Number field, you may inadvertently introduce an
extra character or space. Make sure that you've
entered all your information exactly as specified in
your email.
Please be sure you enter it as it is. The easiest
way to enter your registration code correctly is to
copy and paste it to the registration dialog and
DON'T type it manually because it's difficult to
distinguish the letter "l" (lower case of "L") from
"1" (one) and "o" from "0" (zero), etc.
